I have a problem, all the photos appeared the first page (front page) usually, but when changes or add text or picture, this pitcures (thumbnail) don show, this error does not have with the permissions of the plugins or modules.

Help me pls.

Any Idea?

What do you want to say? thumbnail error of ja news front page module, or ja news pro module or ja thumbnail plugin?

Hi Sandro schuller,

This problem is a bug of the old version of ja thumbnail plugin. To resolve it please do as following:

– Open file “plg_jathumbnail.php” in the folder “plugins/content/plg_jathumbnail/”, then go to line 35 and change this code


function onContentBeforeDisplay( $context, &$article, &$params, $limitstart ){


to


function onContentBeforeDisplay( $context, &$article, &$params, $limitstart = 1 ){


If you want to show thumbnail images on frontpage please go to Admin > Extension > Plug-in manager > Ja thumbnail
then choose “All Category Blog & Featured view” of “thumbnail for page” param.
