Hi @piero.piero,

Look like it’s a bug and the component cannot translate article which has more than 10241 characters (which is way too long for an individual article). I raised a bug report here so our development team can check this matter.

Hi,

Microsoft translate api only accepts to translate text with length is less than 10241 characters, so JA Multilingual will not translate this items.
So, in this case, you can use Microsoft translate api to translate all others items. Once done, you can switch Translate service to use Google translate or duplicated mode to translate remaining ones.
