Hi,
When update module JA News Featured for version 2.5.4 in joomla 2.5 occurs an error like you see in screenshot.

The same happens with the module JA News Pro updating for version 2.5.5

Yes i am upgrading JA News Featured and JA News Pro module.
And upgrading via JA Extension Manager is not working too. Because after upload the module to the repository and then update in JA Extension Manager this keeps loading long time and never upgrade.
I tried also to upload the new version for replace old version in Joomla Extension Manager and I get error as you see above in screenshot.

You can try this way.

+ Go to Admin -> Component -> JA Extensions Manager Component -> Services Manager

+ Set JoomlArt Updates to default

+ Edit it and input account your membership, see screenshot

+ In-process to upgrade JA latest version.

If you don’t finish it you can pm me with url, admin access and ftp account of your site.

I shall help you do that.

Solved! I uninstalled older version then I installed the new version.
