I am not trying to update module in Joomla upgrade Manager, i am trying to upload the new version for replace old version.
I’ve upgraded other JoomlArt modules as JA Content Slide, etc.. and never had problems
Please see error in screenshot

Dear Conforturis,

That is a problem related to your server setting. So please try to add an FTP account into global configuration and try installing again. If this does not help, please uninstall older version then install the new version on your site.
PS: Please backup first.

Solved! I uninstalled older version then I installed the new version.
