    Hi,

After adding the slideshow module, I get:

    ….modules/mod_jaslideshow2/jaimage.php on line 187

I have set permission on the following folder to 777, but still, no luck. any ideas?

    Cheers

    Hi tamirzzz

I have checked your backend, as you can see in your system info you have only 2 directory writable ( Modules and cache) all the other dirs are unwritable you must have all dirs writable

    Hi,

Can you be specific about which DIR`s needed to be writable? I mean , if I change permission to all Dir`s in the list to 777, the module be be runing , but within 25 seconds my site will be hacked:((

    Cheers

    Hi

In your backend goto Help –>System Info–> Directory Permissions those are all the dirs that must be changed

The directories must have chmod set to 755 and not 777

    Sir,

All dir`d are set to 755 by default, and this is the reason why it is says unwritable.
