Error when installing an application (please help)

I use Joomla 1.7 and com_jacomment.v1.1.0
I get the following message:

Fatal error: Call to protected method JDatabase::replacePrefix() from context ‘JACommentHelpers’ in C:AppServwwwwcomponentscom_jacommenthelpersjahelper.php on line 1425

You replace this code from /libraries/joomla/database/database.php


protected function replacePrefix($sql, $prefix='#__')
with


function replacePrefix($sql, $prefix='#__')

Installation has been correctly

But come the following message:
( Error building Admin Menus )

and there is no icon for the component in Admin Menus
