I’m unable to update T3 and Purity III, I’m getting the following error in red:
"0 -"
Nothing else.
Could this be something to do with permissions?

August 16, 2016 at 3:09 am #960280Hi did u customized or renamed the template to a different name ? This can b a common issue because customization in less file or renamed template name make a lot of issue between current and updated version.

Since it no longer a JA Product you can not update it via JAEM , you can compare the files from JA Extension manager and then manually update the template files from template directories .Do not forget to take the full backup of the site before applying the update .
I suggest you use the real template without rename , so you will get proper support and updates .

Sorry for the confusion, the template name is still Purity_iii, I just changed the Style Name.
I’ve changed the Style Name back to Purity III – Default and still no joy in upgrading T3 System Plugin to 2.6.1. I’m still getting either "0 – " error or "500 Internal Server Error".
