    I’m unable to update T3 and Purity III, I’m getting the following error in red:

    "0 -"

    Nothing else.

    Could this be something to do with permissions?

    Also getting 500 – Internal Server Error when trying to upgrade T3 Framework via JA Extension Manager.

    Hi did u customized or renamed the template to a different name ? This can b a common issue because customization in less file or renamed template name make a lot of issue between current and updated version.
    I tested purity iii and no issue like yours.

    Hi
    Since it no longer a JA Product you can not update it via JAEM , you can compare the files from JA Extension manager and then manually update the template files from template directories .

    Do not forget to take the full backup of the site before applying the update .

    I suggest you use the real template without rename , so you will get proper support and updates .

    Sorry for the confusion, the template name is still Purity_iii, I just changed the Style Name.

    I’ve changed the Style Name back to Purity III – Default and still no joy in upgrading T3 System Plugin to 2.6.1. I’m still getting either "0 – " error or "500 Internal Server Error".
