Hi

Joomlart extensions to be downloaded and installed requires an authentication, so they cannot be installed using joomla core extension manager , indeed you can use for this the joomlart extension manager component , you can download it from HERE and install on your website.

Pavit – thank you for your help. Very much appreciated.
I went ahead and installed the extension manager as you suggested.
Seems extensive.

When selecting to upgrade the accordion I got the following error.
Any suggestions.

Please bear with us. We are brand new but we are looking to migrate quite a bit to your products if it works.

Hi

You will need to configure it to allow it to works

1) Go to configuration on the left sidebar menu and only click on save

2) Go to the service manager menu item and click on edit at the left of JoomlArt Updates[Core] element

3) Fill in your joomlart account ( username and password used to log on joomlart website )

4) Set service as default service for updates .

Now you can update all joomlart extensions in one single step.

Pavit: Pardon the next question, but when you say "configuration on the left sidebar menu" do you mean my account with Joomlart or my Joomla backend? Either way, I don’t seem to see a "service manager".

One last question.

Can I still use the Joomla Extension Manager or not anymore?
Should I use the JA Extension Manager for ALL updates or just Joomlart?

Joomlart extension manager works only for joomlart extensions – for the other you can use the joomla core
