    Please Try to Reset your Password on forum and then try to add new password with username in the JA Extension manager component .
    Let me know if it helps .

    Hi,

    You should change your password again, new password should not have "&" in it.

    Let me know if it works.

    That worked. Surprised it does not support complex passwords.
