    Hi,

I am trying to upload the template.zip file (using Extensions Manager in backend; Joomla 1.6) but get an error message: “There was an error uploading this file to the server.”. All other files are installed without any problems, except the template-file.

    Hi ronald van wijk,
i checked JA travel template install package, it is ok, i think that it is an error about upload max size setting in your server, If you work on local you can open php.ini file and find following text :
    upload_max_filesize” default value is “2M”
You can change it to 10M or more than restart your server, it will be ok.
Note : If your site is in internet please contact host provider to change upload_max_filesize for you.
    Hope can help you !

    Hi,
    Thanks for your response.
I have contacted my provider. They advised my to change the .htaccess file with ‘php_value upload_max_filesize 10M’
I did and now it works perfectly. 🙂
