I tried to update it with JA Extention and it failed
I uploaded the latest version of JA Biz 1.1.5 and got error

Warning – Copy file failed
Error – Error installing template

What can i do to update the template? please help.

Hi

You can use the Joomlart update service

Go to Service manager and set the Joomlart update service as default click on edit and add your Joomlart account to it
go to configuration and save.

Try again to update your template

I ahve done it, and yet, not working…

Take a look at the component documentation HERE

You can also update template using Joomla extension manager too, simply download template from THIS PAGE and install it.
