I had the same problem as mentioned in thread http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?p=64132

I also used the Base.class.php file which is attached there, in the beginning it worked fine but after one day I get the following at my RSTickets! page:

I have pm-ed my URL, about upgrading the template: how to best upgrade the template? I have version 1.3 installed at the time, do I need to upgrade to 1.4 (which appearantly is the latest).

Is there an upgrade file?

Yes, update latest version, and upgrade your joomla to joomla 1.5.6

I just manually upgraded Joomla and the template and it seems to be working now 🙂
