i couldn’t agree more… free stuff works better and when you (rarely) get a response from joomlart on this forum, they want your superadmin password and FTP credentials or they won’t help you..>:(. you would think that with an error so obvious and easy to recreate (and the dozens other obvious ones on this forum), that they would just fix it.
is joomlart a ruse for a password selling scheme???? makes one wonder. (i don’t have to worry about joomlart reading this, they don’t seem to view this forum )
btw, there is a ‘fix’ for you that another member of this forum shared with me. it only takes a few mins although it sounds onorous. 1) uninstall javoice 1.4.1 2) drop all javoice tables from the database (which the uninstall rudely doesn’t do for you 3) install javoice 1.4.0 from their archives 4) upgrade to 1.4.1 and voila, you have 1.4.1 that works.

February 12, 2011 at 4:24 am #376293Hello,
I am so sorry for my delay. Recently, I have been busy preparing for my wedding. Therefore, I have no much time to around forums…
Please download the latest version of javoice 1.4.2 and setup it again to get the issue fixed.
Best Regards.
