    Hi kansen,

This really an issue in our old JAWall version. We have fixed in our new version.
You can update the new version.

Alternative, you can replace the existing file with my attachment file.

    Hope it help.

    Hi Kansen,

Please clear your cache in Site->Maintenence->Clear Cache.
Disable any cache system. Clear your browser cache and try again.

I have one question to ask. Did you install the quickstart package or the template package only?

Can you provide your site’s link? And please pm me the admin/ftp access information.

    Regards

    Hello

Already cleared the cache and purge…
    Cache is disable too…
Deleted the temporaly files with ccleanner (all explorers, ie9, chrome, safari, firefox) and still show the problem.

i tried quickstart package in another domain but the same host. It has a top menu problem with ie9, in chrome works fine… the k2 component and modules looks like works fine too.

Since i have an already worked web i had to install the template, plugins and component, then i set the valors as the ja wall guide says. The menu works fine in this way with ie9, but the part of k2 has the problems.

Both sites has same joomla and k2 versions.

i will pass u links and access in PM

    Cheers.
