September 28, 2008 at 3:59 am #133823Normally I can be fairly patient while waiting for a request, but for some reason no one from JA is replying to me. I’ve always had excellent service with JA so I’m not sure what is happening with this situation. I’ve been a supporter of JA since I signed on in April. I love this site but quite frankly my patience is running thin this week.
I’ve sent PM’s to Hung and Miccas and neither of them have answered. Can someone from the JA staff please look at my account to see if the problem can be rectified?
On September 22nd I made a comment in this thread Click here to read. There was a total miscommunication error between me and Hung. I was asking him about the Site of the Month Contest for August and he mistakenly thought I was trying to redeem my forum points to upgrade my account. He subtracted over 1800 credit points and said he added them to my account somewhere. I’m not sure where he added them… but that’s beside the point.
I was not seeking an upgrade on my account with my 1800 credit points from the forum! I was merely asking why Miccas was not answering my emails about the August Site of the Month Contest. My hopes were that Hung would upgrade my account to Developer Status. It’s never been officially announced but I’m assuming our site won for the month of August.
September’s site of the month contest is now underfoot but still no reply from Miccas about August. Perhaps he’s not receiving my emails?
Either way, can someone please restore my 1800 credits that have disappeared from my forum account, and upgrade my account to Developer status in recognition of the August Site of the Month Contest?

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. I thought I have worked on your redemptions but did not notice that you are also the SOTM winner. In fact, you do not have to redeem your credit for the account upgrade. As SOTM winner, you will receive the following:
- 1 (one) year subscription to JoomlArt (Developer’s License)
- A beautiful SOTM badge next to your username
- Website link and screenshot published on the website for all to see
I have upgrade your account and proudly put the badge on your username now. Also the 1800 credits has been credited back to your account. 🙂

I still see the credit points at 300+, but as much as I talk I’m sure I’ll have the numbers back up soon. 😀Thanks again for all you do,
