When debugging on mobile, I see some files has 404 errors. Make sure that you set the right permission for all files/folders on your site: file-644 and folder-755

I fount out the cause. the setting here can not be 0 or empty, otherwise mobile will not work. please fix that.

Which value should I add to replicate the issue? I tried to set hour to 0 but my local site still work on mobile.
