I cannot replicate this issue on my Ja Charity installation

Could you edit this topic on your first post and add your backend login info so we can take a look at your website directly ?

Hi

I changed from Global Configuration -> Server Tab -> Location Settings -> Server Time Zone -> From New York to UTC and problem is solved.

I cannot replicate it as i already said on my installation , You should ask to your Hosting provider info about php date settings on your server.
