hi
I would put in top of page a menu for the login and registration, research is that possible with the template ja events if so how i can do it.

I am not sure what you want to achieve, you can publish any module on JA Top panel.Can you please provide some more info about this issue?

I just saw what you want to achieve, it won’t be that difficult but you must add some CSS code to achieve the same result as your image!

Yes you can use ja topanel module and publish your modules but unless i misunderstood you want to achieve something similar to what you can see in ja site, for this you might have to add some custom CSS code.
Otherwise you can just publish your modules on ja topanel.
