He he, that was nice touch. We have tried our best not to increase price but in the end we also need to pay rent, salaries and invest for growth and better products. For 10 years we have the same prices and in the upcoming new membership plans, some of the changes will reduce our revenue and I just want to compensate for it.

Providing style support for 3rd party commercial extensions seems to be double edged sword for us. If we do not do it, then users are indifferent to our themes as they can not get their extensions to match the looks of the template. If we do it, then it is assumed that 3rd party extension is part of the template. I have had few other similar queries where user felt betrayed as the commercial extension was not in download but shown on demo.

I am updating all product pages of templates to make it clear about 3rd party extensions. We do not have redistribution rights, nor reselling rights and nor we want to get involved with support queries for such extensions. There is no escaping thats why we try our best to provide help not only for Joomla itself but also for 3rd party extensions.
