I have a site that im developing using the healthcare template.
I have never used this before and seem to have all the content on the left third of the main area.
I would like to expand it to around 80% of the main body width.

How do i do this

Do u want to change the width of whole site ?
Or there is some positions please give me more details with page url and screenshot .
If you want to change the width of whole site take a look on this documentation . If its for some special part of site , give me more details i will help u to check this .

The main article body seems to be all bunched up on the left of the page
I need the text using the whole article area but presntly its only using about 33%

May be its due to you are using layout that has sidebars . I am not able to check it because your site is in offline mode .
Kindly send me your site temp. super user details so i can confirm the cause of issue and give suggestion to fix it .
