This is at the top of the extension manager:

All versions of extensions are stored in JA Repository (Edit), to start using auto update of supported extension, Upload new version of the extension now.

Hi

You already configured service for JoomlArt updates , you should click on check update and then upgrade now

I provided the quote on the system which said …. to start using auto update ….

to start using auto update of supported extension, Upload new version of the extension now.
