Hello –
I am using the ja-extensions manager to update several extensions, plugins and the template. When I check for updates and then click on upgrade, the message says it was successfully upgraded. However, the version box still lists the old version number after refresh. When I again click on “check for upgrades” link, it lists the new version available that I had already upgraded to. Something is not working somewhere.

I verified that my login and pass were correct in the Services Manager and that Joomlart (http://update.joomlart.com/service/) is the default. Also, when I try to update the template JA RAVE, I get the message “Processing, please wait . . .” but it never processes. When I refresh the browser, no update has occurred.

Can you pls help??

Hi jonesmark

I have updated the Ja_Popup to the last version and i have updated the Ja_Tabs
i have refreshed your page and all seems to works fine

Please can you confirm that ?
