I have some problems with my test site. Can’t using the Extension Manager: Update 🙁Any Admin can help me?
Check to parameters, the homedir is: /var/www/html

March 4, 2013 at 8:20 am #485214You can use JA Extension Manager component to upgrade. But you need to check in:
<blockquote>Admin area->Component->JA Extension Manager</blockquote>
and provide account for “JoomlArt Updater Service” (Click on edit link of JoomlArt Updater Service on JAEM, you will see the form to enter your account into)Please confirm the product that you want to upgrade belongs to club that you signed up and in-process to upgrade new version from JA Extension Manager and more detail you can reference on user guide here

March 6, 2013 at 9:32 am #485552JA Extension Manager(JAEM) is default install on JA Templates, see the screenshot
You can use it to upgrade latest version of JA extensions.
You cannot use default Joomla Update service to update JA Extensions since it’s used to update free joomla extensions only.
