@nilgunce,

For our JA Extensions, you need to update them via our JAEM component. Pls follow below guide to solve your issue & update our extensions:
http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/how-to

But make sure that you have configured the JAEM component in the right way first.
http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/admin-panel

In this case, JCE Editor plugin is third party extension. Please try to download the latest version of it then install manual.
