    Hi @ekaup,

Sorry for any inconvenient you got. This is a bug after migrated from old system to the new one and our development team has just fixed it, could you please try again and let me know the result ?

    Hi @ekaup,

Actually, to update all Joomlart products, you will have to update them via JA Extension Manager instead.

Well thank you for the tip, but this doesn’t work either. Always the same result.

    Hi @ekaup,

I checked your site but see that you haven’t configured JA Extension Manager yet. Make sure that you choose default update channel is Joomlart Updates, input your Joomlart username / password for authentication process and check the tmp path. More detail can be found in documentation link in my previous reply.

    Hi @ekaup,

Just choose the radio box on left site of Joomlart Updates then hit the Default button that come with a star icon (New / Delete / Default)

    Hi @ekaup,

I saved the setting for you and try to upgrade JA Facebook Likebox module without any problem, see attachment screenshot. From now on, all you have to do is just check for update and update Joomlart products accordingly. For other parts that related to Joomla, you will have to update them via Joomla Update instead.
