The joomla system say: Extension Update(s) are available but When you start the Update the system reports constant error in each of the extensions:
Warning
Update path does not exist.
Message
Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPETYPE.
Notice
Before updating ensure that the update is compatible with your Joomla! installation.

All JA Extension are only updated via JA Extension manager component . You can find my suggestion for how to use it Here

ok thanks, the Joomla system forever show this warning : 5 Extension Update(s) but the JoomlArt Extensions Manager say me: (see attached image 1) and when I try the process update he show (see attached image 2)

Hi
You need to click on Upgrade now button , to update the extensions via JAEM .Before this go to configuration > Open and save it (it save the mysql dump path).
After that you can try to update JA Extension
