JA Side News 2.6.1

I am using JA Side News to show articles on my home page. Everything is working perfectly. However, In one of my articles I have placed a standard hyperlink to an external site.

When the article is displayed on the homepage in the JA Side News, the link is stripped out completely, no mouse over, nothing. When I look at the code there is no hyperlink at all. But then when I click on the Read More link and go to the full article, the link is there and works perfectly.

So to review: the link is in the article and works in the article, but when that article gets displayed on the homepage through JA Side News, the link is gone. It is a link to an external website, so there is no issues with menus or association. AND, the readmore link DOES work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi pixelperfect,

Currently, our JA Side News module supports to display the texts (intro text) on front-end only, not hyperlink. That is why you can’t see the hyperlink on front-end.
