Hi,

I am wondering that where does this MYR2.00 come from during checkout??

I have already disabled the virtual tax, disable “Show the price label for packaging?”, disable “Show “(including XX% tax)” when applicable?”

Where does it come from, where to remove it?

my guess is something to do with shipping?

the problem does not exist when i view my shopping cart without loggin in?

Hi jsliao,

You have to continue to checkout until the last step to confirm the order, then the extra MYR2.00 is there. I have removed all charges, even shipping, the MYR2.00 still there. :confused:

Hi,

Found the solution. This is because I already checked “Cash on Delivery” and by default, there are MYR2.00 cash on delivery charges. So, I deleted the MYR2.00, everything ok. 🙂
