    Sorry for misunderstanding , previous info is for change the social info and department .
    The text is coming from the customization u did in Editing file "/html/com_content/article/default.php" in template "ja_medicare".
    I saw the position of the extra field is changed and there is one more language string defined in this code

            <h4><?php echo JText::_('TPL_SOCIAL_INFO'); ?><br><small><?php echo JText::_('TPL_SOCIAL_INFO_DESC'); ?></small></h4>

    Remove below code `

    <?php echo JText::_(‘TPL_SOCIAL_INFO_DESC’); ?>

    
    
    or replace the default.php with fresh package file . 
    Do not forget to take backup of file before replacing it .
