at first the extra fields were showing fine ( default data , price, extra, email.) then added my own and they all disappeared!

Hi
Maybe some wrong configuration did by you when you are adding the extra fields . I suggest you to follow this documentation to add extra fields .
Give a try with help of doc. , If this does not solve the problem , You can send me your site super user login details , Extra fields details with Page URL where its not showing .
I will check it further .
