When I installed JA Voice I now get extra text at the top of the template … any ideas what might be causing this? See attached screenshot…

I think the page http://www.barkleyandpaws.com/barkleyandpaws-answers/ has css errors.

It would be much better for us to figure out, if you provide me with your ftp and admin account?

Thank you! I have sent you a PM with the login information. After looking at this more closely it appears that it is a formating issue with the “update time” not being placed correctly. It only happens when the JA Voice component is loaded however.

I already fixed out this error for you.
Open file /components/com_javoice/asset/css/ja.voice.css
Edit code(default in line 1667) from

html .clearfix {
height: 1%; /* IE5-6 */
}

to


*html .clearfix {
height: 1%; /* IE5-6 */
}

We will update in next version.
