Hi,

I will share with the team for further checking.

In the meantime, pls try this way:
- Access admin panel of your site
- Extensions > Manage
- Filter for JA Builder and uninstall it
- Go to download section of JA Builder: https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/joomla-builder/ja-builder/
  Download the latest package and install into your site
I will work fine.
