    JA,

    Can anyone look into the problem. I am already tired of waiting for 3 days without any help.. Even after admin rights..

    You have already told that you are allotting time for support and hence reducing 1 template per month. I see it has gone worst than before..

    If i have to raise issue in forum then whats the use of saying “Premium Support“?
