In the Facebook settings of JA Social Feed plugin, please enter ID/Name of your Facebook Page, not Facebook Profile.

I just tried to test with joomlart account on your site and you can see that the feeds are imported successfully into category named ‘Joomlart facebook feeds’. It means that the plugin is working properly. Kindly check your account again.

Well, it’s Facebook profile of yours, you need to have a Facebook Page like us: https://www.facebook.com/joomlart

Why cant I use my Facebook Profile feed – Why does it need to be a page managed by the profile?
Also the YouTube feed I have set up isnt working – is this the same problem?
Do the Facebook and Twitter aps need to be set up and logged in using my Clients Facebook and Twitter account which I want to display?

It due to how Facebook supports, at this moment the plugin uses its API to retrieve feeds from facebook page.
For Youtube feed, could you update the admin login again? as I can’t access it now

Okay I have researched Facbook "Profile" vs "Page". I have found information on how to transfer a profile into a page – which I didnt realise you could do and may be of help to others in the forum.

Once this is done I know your extension will work on the Page feed as I have tested it on a facebook "Page" ; )
I have re-instated your original Log in details to the test site so you can log in.
Next problem is the YouTube Feed.
I am trying to import my clients page using an YouTube API credential I have created on my Google account log in. When I test it I can see the items read okay when tested but they dont import?
Twitter Problem Also
I have also created an App via the log in on one of my Twitter accounts. The App is for my Clients Twitter Feed. So I tried to import the feed for the twitter account I logged into twitter with. On Import a message comes up that Twitter "Could not authenticate you" why is this happening – I followed your documentation instructions?
In the past twitter apps/widgets has worked on other feed extensions but it appears importing social media feeds is getting more complicated/strict?

Hi,
Facebook: at this moment, the plugin can retrieve feeds from FB Page only.
Twitter: please retrieve a new key and check again as I tried at my end, it still can import tweets.
Youtube: let me check with the developer of this plugin and will get back to you.
