    Hello,

Nine to ten times when someone tries to share an article from my website on facebook, the cover photo isn’t from that article but from some other.

    Please advice

    Hi
Facebook use Open graph tags to pick the thumbnail if your site does not have these tags it will use random images . You can use 3rd party extension from Joomla extension directory to add Open graph tags on your site .

    Hello again,

I tried several plugins but the problem it’s still there. I work with joomla 6 years and I never had this issue. I used 3 of your templates and I had the same problem to all of them. I thing you must fix that problem and not ask from me to search the extension that is going to solve this.

    Hi
This is not template issue , if you will try default Joomla template too and check the URL on
    facebook tool : https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
    Doc : https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/opengraph
You can see there is NO open graph tags comes with templates . You have to check the extension doc. for its configurations and you can also check the page source code to see OG tags are present , if not there is something wrong in the extension working .

    Regards
