Dear all
I have the community plus themplate and I have a problem with facebook plugins/modules. They are shown great in all k2 items and not at all in joomla contents.
Do you have any idea why this happens? I have checked the right joomla category to be published.

Thank you for your reply,
I have installed plg_jafacebookshare and JA Facebook Like. I also have installed the com_comment. The classic icons facebook share and facebook like appear only in the items of K2 categories, and disappear in joomla aticles. In the options of the facebook plugins I have chosen to publish the icons in both categories (joomla & k2) , I have tried to uninstall anfd install again, I have installed other facebook (share-like) plugins but nothing happened.

I don’t have the facebook API that is required yet, but why the icons are shown only in k2 items? I don’ know what i have done wrong.

Hello mate,

Please try to change a position where plugins are displayed.
It’s maybe a cause of this bug.

I’m having a problem with JA Facebook Share Plugin on this site: http://globetrailers.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=73&Itemid=130
The number is always 0, even though I’ve shared this several times. The Facebook Share icons disappear after they’ve been clicked.
Also when you click the share icon, the page re-opens in a new window with the FB window behind it. (that’s just in IE8. I hope you can help me as I’m really counting on that feature to work. Thank you, Leigh

Hello leighketchum,

The FB Share plugin is no longer supported by Facebook.
They have combined it with FB Like button. Please install and use JA FB Like button plugin instead of FB share plugin.
We have just released the new version for FB Like with send button supported and new layout as FB share.

The link is only for Extension Club Members.
I am using the plugin that is included with JA Travel. I don’t believe the plugin has been updated in the included downloads with that template. Will I have to join the Extension Club to download this?
