This site looks great.

Again the glossary is a good idea. Where did you obtain this content?

The mortgage calculator looks like a great product. What are you using? I want to install one on my site as well. Is that the Calculators from alamode?

Is your video, “9 Steps …” also an alamode product?

Looks like you have these two components are well intergrated into the site. Is it possiable to intergrate the “Login,” “Prequalification” and “Loan Application” directly into the site? How about using the full page JA Wraper and dumping the alamode header. I would turn off the alamode sound effects, just because it is not consistent with the Joomla site.

I am really interested in how you plan on intergrating the balance of the alamode components into this site. I was just speaking to them about using their appraisal management component in my Joomla site, com.

I would make the question in the FAQ a larger and bold font.

The Loan Process page is showing some of the coding in IE. And last paragraph has a bad font on “before.”

I would also consider removing the Print, PDF and E-Mail links for the content of the balance of the pages. Except, of course, the “Documents Required”

I would suggest making the border around the slideshow much smaller and lighter. The template has a minimalist approach with light, thin borders. The slideshow border is a very stark contrast…too much, i think.

Just my .02.

Aside from that, very nice.
