    Hai Mr. Sharma Bhai

Sure I did it, I click on install button as I told you also in first time.
I update the maximum execution time and memory limits from php.ini. memory from 128 M to 256 M and time exec from 120 to 240 But still the same problem.

For your info Quickstart installation is successfully installed without any problem. But I need to try manual installation as I have to do the same way for my running joomla site.

    Please more suggestion.

    Hi
Kindly check the template installation on any other Joomla , as you said Joomla not installing the packages and remove what you select to upload .
Also make sure output_buffering = off
I just tested the installation on my localhost and its working fine : http://prntscr.com/awgg7e

Hi in this case i suggest you put the site live or test it on a different localhost , as there is something wrong with your Joomla or localhost that does not allow installation . I checked twice and there is no issue with template installation with Joomla .
If you are not able to put the site live then u can make try again because may be the package is not selected correctly when u are installing it on Joomla .

Also u can install quickstart package and select sample data to None it will give u blank install of template .
