I tried to install the template via Joomla using Template Manager, uploading ja_teline.zip. The installation failed and returned the following error message:

Unrecoverable error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10)”

Please tell me what this is and how to get this template installed. I tried another template of yours and received the same error. I have installed templates on this site from your competitors, and they worked fine. I like yours much better, but may have to go back to using the others I can install.

Thanks in advance for your help. I know you said you’re on vacation till May 2, so I’m sure you won’t be responding till then.

Never mind, I figured it out! I did a search on Google, and saw where this was a common problem with someone using a satellite connection to the internet. I unzipped the file, rezipped it, and then installed the newly zipped file, and it worked.

BTW, I never got the search function to work on your forum site… perhaps it’s me! LOL
