    Hello,

I downloaded the latest BIZ template ja_biz.v1.1.4, but failed to install it via Extensions – >> Manage – >> Upload Package File, it shows “Warning Copy file failed” as the image below:

Other extensions can be installed without problems.

    Can anyone help please?

    Thanks
    Ryan

    Hi

Your is a permission issue, you should ask to your hosting provider how to set chmods for your folders error returned is files cannot be uploaded for security reasons.

So it will affect specific folders

    Thank you Pavit,
That’s strange, no such problem when I initially installed the template.
