Never had issues with these templates before but umm I get this fatal error below

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/devilsd7/public_html/brunswickandann.com.au/templates/ja_lensDStemplate_tools.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/pear') in /home/devilsd7/public_html/brunswickandann.com.au/templates/ja_lens/index.php on line 12

I am not quite sure what do here. Where do I include_path=’.:/usr/local/php53/pear ???

Thanks for any advice
