Hi

As the error message indicates that the error comes from core Joomla, did you have any customisation on your site? or migrate from old Joomla version?

Nope installed from your quickstart – i did some css modifications and added a revolution slider?

What can i do to fix it?

I just tried to download quickstart package of this JA Elicyon template and install >> Edit User via backend but it all goes fine.

Try to disable any 3rd party extensions install on your site first.
