Thanks, we moved the site to a new server, and on fronatend and backend the same msg.

Sorry but we will need of more info about this website

Joomla version ? which template is installed which t3 framework plugin is installed administrator page is not accessible so if this is a production website you will need to make changes on database to restore at least backend , maybe you can ask for support and hire someone doing it for you if you are not able to do it.
If this is a new website then you can download again quickstart and start again from scratch.

the original site is running but is anavailable to update or modificate,
we just copy the site, but is doesnt wok, us you see.
