I’m using Ja Helio in Joomla! 1.5

When I tried to edit any of the menu items in all menus, I get this error

Fatal error: Call to a member function checkout() on a non-object in /home/yipscons/public_html/yips/administrator/components/com_menus/controller.php on line 64

How can I fix this?
