Morning folks.

The JA Sanidine template is beautiful. I got mine tweaked and looking pretty slick. The only problem I have is within the Forums.

When a user; (in this order)

Logs in
Goes to Forums
Clicks “My Profile” they get the fatal error…

Now this has happened on my site since I stood it up and it is preventing me from going live.

I’ve prowled the internet and can find no one else who is having the same issue. What makes this worse is that even now, Joomlart has released JA Sanidine II and even the demo on the website is doing the same thing. I signed up for an account on the Demo instance of JA Sanidine II and it gives me an error on the same exact line. Here’s yours… “

This is a major problem. Can someone look into this?

I see you show up on here as an unlicenced member.

Are you using this template illegal or did you actually buy this template?. If you bought it log in and post it in the forum it belongs.

I posted this issue in a public section so other uses who have opted only for the Free Joomlart account could have access to this important information. It’s an error that effects the functionality of one of the most important pieces of the template.

I also do not want to appear as though I’m throwing any of the Joomlart staff under the bus. They’ve been very good to me.

Just wanted to surface this issue like I said, in the public section, so no one purchases an account, uses this template and then runs into the same issue that I am.

That’s no good.

Well, they SHOULDNT be using our templates without purchasing a subscription. Surface the issue to paying members, instead of people who think they can get away with using our templates illegally.
