Just purchased, downloaded & tried to install JA Voice on a relatively new instance of Joomla 3.3.6 and it bombed during installation with the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdmin() on a non-object in /home1/rod/public_html/givingdirection.com/dev/plugins/authentication/cookie/cookie.php on line 53

After doing some research, I believe that it is possible that it was mere coincidence that this error occurred when I was installing JA Voice, but it was odd.

Entire site is dead. Help!!!

Hello,

As error message that returned from your system, this error is related to plugins/authentication/cookie/cookie.php

That is not a plugin of JA Comment component, please try to disable this plugin and test again.
