installed both tpl_t3_blank.v2.2.0 & tpl_t3_bs3_blank.v2.2.0, and at the back end Template Manager > Templates > T3_blank Details and Files

Error message appeared. How can I fix this?

I think there is something wrong while you are installing. I only do uninstall and reinstall with right version.
