    Hi there,

I have a functioning development site using the Beranis template. I now wish to install the medicare template…no problem in installing and setting as default, BUT I get this error message when I try to view the site:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JLayoutFile::setOptions() in /…./dev/plugins/system/t3/includes/joomla25/layout/file.php on line 61

How can I correct this error?

    Thanks

    Hi

Ja Medicare works with the T3 Framework plugin , your Beranis template is using the same Framework plugin ?

    Hi,
apparently yes…on your website it says “Built on our latest version of T3 Framework, meaning JA Beranis is responsive and compatible with both Joomla 2.5 & Joomla 3 version.” Not sure if it is the exact framework, but I suppose it is??

    Hi

Could you please send me via PM a super user account to your backend ?

I will try to take a closer look at your configuration

    Hi There,

Just installed the template but receive the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘MedicareHelper’ not found in templates/ja_medicare/html/com_content/article/default.php on line 41

Do I need to install the T3 framework first?

    Thanks,

    Antje

    Hi antjewilson

    <blockquote>Do I need to install the T3 framework first?</blockquote>

If it is not installed yet then the answer is yes
