Problem – Home page/ template modules not correct at the end of the page

Using the Villadi template together with EZ component I have problems with rendering the pages correctly and also I am experiencing many time out errors, both on FF and IE, mostly in the back end.

– Home page is not rendered correctly in IE , FF is Okay. At the end of the page it always blacks out, making text impossible to read.

Sorry, Joomla version used on this site is 1.0.15

Does this happen all the time?
Because I have checked your site a few time now and I can see nothing wrong in IE7
