    Hi,

    I’ve been having a problem with my user account. Every once in a while when I sign is a a returning customer the system tells me the password is wrong or the username and the password don’t match. I have reset my password a few times over the past months with “Forgotten password” but today when I tried to do this again the system told me: “Password reset failed: A Super User can not request a password memories. Please contact another Super User or use an alternative method.”
    It is true that I use my e-mail for as a Joomla super user account but I never had this error until today.

    You can use phpmyadmin to reset password in database

    Hi.

    The point is I don’t want to reset my password is there’s no reason to do so. I know for a fact I had the correct passord and the correct e-mail so I don’t know why after a few times of using one password it tells me it’s incorrect or there’s no match for that username/password.

    # Actually i faced this issue few times and … in fact most caused by … me 😐 Keyboard / Language / etc …
    # But if it’s really issue i think you should contact Joomla! org . I afraid it’s not JA issue.
